My name is Ntokozo, and if I were to describe myself in a phrase, it would be: a curator of well- being. My life and career have been shaped by the belief that our environments-both internal and external-profoundly influence who we are. This belief led me to embrace three seemingly different, yet beautifully interconnected paths: dietetics, interior decoration, and project management.
I began my journey in the world of nutrition, driven by a fascination with how food fuels not just our bodies, but our mood, energy, and confidence. Studying to become a registered dietitian taught me discipline, empathy, and the science behind sustainable health. I worked with individuals from all walks of life-helping them manage chronic conditions, optimize performance, or simply live better through food. What I loved most was the transformation, not just in their physical well-being but in their outlook and self-worth.
But I started to notice something interesting in many of my clients: their environments often mirrored their health struggles. Cluttered kitchens, dull spaces, chaotic routines-they all seemed to echo a deeper imbalance. That realization reignited another passion of mine: interior design. I went on to study and practice interior decoration, learning how color, texture, light layout can impact ↓ mental wellness, creativity, and motivation. same way a nutritious meal can energize, a thoughtfully designed space can uplift.
Bridging these two worlds wasn’t easy. That’s where project management came in. I pursued formal education in the field to bring structure and strategy to my multidisciplinary career. Project management helped me synchronize the complexities of health planning and spatial design -from coordinating with clients and contractors to tracking progress and managing budgets. It allowed me to scale my vision, lead with clarity, and deliver consistent results across fields.
Today, I work at the intersection of health, design, and strategy. I help people not only eat better but live better-by transforming both their plates and their places. My greatest joy comes from seeing a client walk into their new kitchen feeling both inspired to cook and confident about their choices, or hearing that a cozy new space made mindfulness easier to practice.
My story is still being written, but every chapter so far has taught me that well-being is holistic. Whether it’s a nourishing meal, a calming room, or a well-executed plan, it’s all about creating balance. And that’s what I strive to offer, every single day.
